The Women’s Custom Clothing Buying Process in 30 Minutes or Less
Being “on” wherever the office takes you is a 24/7 job. Adding shopping to an already long list of to-dos is likely the last thing on your mind. Fortunately, St. Louis’ Savile Row puts the fun back into clothes shopping by offering you a personalized, relaxed experience, either in store, in your home or office. We do the heavy lifting, which saves you time from having to shop, and lets you focus on what’s most important.
Here is our simple, 30-Minute Buying Process.
Step 1: Vision
Nothing happens without a vision… at least nothing very good. If clothing is central to your career, then making sure you explore all options is critical. As you already know, shopping off the rack is a crap shoot. You like it but it doesn’t fit. Or, what fits isn’t what you like… or, more important, love. Sit down with us and let’s talk about what you need, then we can get into the fun stuff. And, we can do it at the store, your office or on your deck. Whatever is easiest.
Total time: 10 minutes
Step 2: Narrow the Funnel
Our custom clothing competitors talk about unlimited styles and fabrics. We have those, too, but we know your time is valuable… why waste it going blind looking at fabric books? So, with your vision in mind, we go right to the fabric books that address your style preferences. It’s rare when we show a customer more than two fabric books, because we know how to get it right the first time.
Total time: 15 minutes
Step 3: Measure
We measure everything except your IQ, but customers come in all sizes, and it’s not unusual to take one-off measurements just to make sure the fit is right. Recently, a long-time customer wanted a suit, but in the last couple of years his upper body has changed dramatically, where his shoulders are smaller and his abdomen is larger… but his weight is the same. He had the same problem with his shirts. Try finding that off the rack!
Total time: 5 minutes
We’ll start understanding the big buckets: style, desired fit, and the purpose for the garment. How do you like your clothes to fit? What do you like (or don’t like) about items you already own? Who is your style icon?
Once we know your story, you’ll select from a spectacular collection of fabrics, colors, patterns, materials, and more to customize your garment.
No more poorly fitting clothes from the department store!
We know you hold yourself to the highest of standards. We do the same with our custom clothing for women, so the piece you get is beautiful, stylish, and helps you stand out from the crowd.
So, in roughly 30 minutes we have listened, created, selected and sized. And, now you can go back to focusing on your career.
